About HYCE

Named for a partner who never stood down.

HYCE Solutions takes its name from Hyce, a Belgian Malinois who served a distinguished career as a police K9 alongside one of our founders. That standard of service shaped the company: fierce in pursuit, dependable in execution, loyal to the mission and the people depending on it.

We built HYCE for clients operating where consequences are real, adversaries are real, and generic security language does not survive first contact with reality. Our work is grounded in operational experience, disciplined assessment, and confidentiality.

What The Name Means

More than branding. An operating standard.

Fierce

We confront hard truths, expose vulnerabilities directly, and stay aggressive in reducing threat exposure across physical, cyber, and operational domains.

Dependable

We show up prepared, communicate clearly, and deliver work that is structured, defensible, and fit for high-consequence environments.

Loyal

We protect client interests, respect confidentiality, and stay aligned to the mission long after a generic consultant would have moved on.

Who We Are

Built by people who have operated where pressure is normal.

HYCE brings together current and former law enforcement, tactical operators, cybersecurity specialists, and risk professionals with deep experience in Six Sigma, ISO-aligned quality systems, and highly regulated environments.

That matters because environments involving cash concentration, controlled substances, high-value assets, executive exposure, or life-safety obligations do not tolerate shallow assumptions. We do not approach those environments as a design exercise. We approach them as operational realities.

How We Work

Integrity, confidentiality, and clear recommendations.

We refuse work that is immoral, unethical, or illegal. We protect confidential information as part of the job, not as a marketing claim. And we structure recommendations to be practical, prioritized, and usable under real-world conditions.

Clients come to HYCE when they need more than a report. They need a partner that understands the severity of the problem, communicates plainly, and stays accountable for meaningful risk reduction.

Our Promise

We aim to protect our clients with the same fierce drive, dependable performance, and loyal commitment that defined Hyce's service as a working K9.

If the environment is high-threat, high-risk, or high-consequence, that is where our standard applies best.
